Prominently situated along Conservatory Drive, directly opposite Deanside Primary School, and walking distance from the future Deanside Town Centre & Community Precinct, our Deanside Childcare centre will be home to 142 licensed places across 8 activity rooms. Our Deanside Childcare Centre is situated centrally to service the rapidly growing Bowery Estate and its surrounds. The major focus of the architectural design ensures age-appropriate education and play spaces, which will encourage every child’s curiosity, creativity and provide them the platform they need to grow and learn. |
Designed by renowned architectural firm Leffler Simes Architects, Craigieburn Junction includes more than 30 retail tenancies, including leading homemaker brands Freedom, Beacon Lighting and Forty Winks, across 24,000 square metres of gross lettable floor space. Offices, a drive-through service station and 600 car spaces complete the project, which services thousands of local residents daily and is located on a prominent high-traffic corner site in Melbourne’s north. |
