The Fund aims to deliver an overall return of 10% (net of fees) including a stabilised annual yield of 5.5%, distributed quarterly, by investing in Australian early education assets.
Investment Strategy
The Fund is open-ended and focused on investing in early education assets across Australia. The Fund offers the opportunity for investors to access a portfolio of assets that seek to deliver above market returns with below market risk.
Our ability to deliver superior risk adjusted returns is driven by Oreana’s integrated business model spanning property development and construction, centre design and our operational expertise in the Early Education industry via Oreana’s investment in leading Early Education companies. The Fund mandate allows the Investment Manager to opportunistically deploy capital into value adding assets including direct property, managed Funds, REITs, syndicates, and companies all with early education asset exposures.
The Fund emphasises community impact by delivering high-quality education facilities, facilitating the early education of children and in supporting parents to return to work more quickly.
The Fund aims to provide stable quarterly income and long-term capital growth.
